We are a well-established accounting and consulting firm providing corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and audit services. To cope with the expansion of our firm, we invite high-caliber, dynamic people to join us as:


  • Experience in basic bookkeeping, and perform data entry for difference types of companies and businesses with accounting software
  • To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and neat bookkeeping
  • Issue the invoice, handle paper work and filling job, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the office including mailing and courier arrangement, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and, arrange travel & hotel booking and etc.
  • Coordinate with internal parties
  • Any other duties/tasks as assigned
  • Multitasking when needed to



  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filling and record keeping.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office Applications, knowledges in Auto Count and MYOB Accounting System will be an added advantages.
  • Strong accounting, SST and payroll knowledge
  • Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin speaking preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Immediate available is preferred


  • Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9.00am to 4.00pm (Friday)
  • Working location:
    1) JB office located at G-05, Residensi Eko,Jalan Eko Botani 3/5, Taman Eko Botani, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Takzim, Malaysia; or
    2) KL office located at Suite 6-1, Room 37, Level 6, Lobby A, Wisma UOA II, No. 21, Jalan Pinang, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
