Tay Ninh Province Secures Over $100 Million in FDI for Three New Projects in January 2025

The People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province has just reported on the implementation of Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP and the socio-economic situation in January 2025. Accordingly, the province has attracted three foreign investment projects with a total investment capital of up to 101 million USD. In addition, there were three rounds of capital increase adjustments with a total added value of 20.98 million USD. As of January 22, 2025, the whole province has 394 foreign investment projects, with a total investment capital of 10,203.5 million USD. In addition, the province has attracted a domestic investment project with a total registered capital of 80 billion VND. There was one capital increase adjustment with a total additional capital of 25 billion VND. As of January 22, 2025, the province has a total of 723 domestic investment projects, with a total registered capital of 140,861 billion VND.

In the first month of 2025, there were 66 enterprises granted investment certificates, with a total registered capital of 476 billion VND, an increase of 43.5% over the same period last year. The ratio of capital invested in the form of shares reached 56.7%. As of January 14, 2025, the whole province has 8,831 operating enterprises, with a total registered capital of 207,709 billion VND.

Regarding planning and development plans, the province has implemented the Planning and Development Plan for the Southeast region for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. General planning projects for Hoa town Thanh, Tay Ninh province has been approved and is expected to be completed by 2045. Planning projects for Trang Bang town are also being implemented, with the goal of completion by 2045. Tay Ninh is striving to complete economic development goals and improve the investment environment to attract more domestic and foreign capital sources, thereby promoting sustainable development in the coming years.
