DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST PROVIDED BY THE INVESTORS
For establishment of Representative Office in Vietnam
STEP I: REQUESTING THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE LICENSE (“ROC”)
- Authority: Department of Industry & Trade;
- Timeline: 15 working days from the date of receiving sufficiently required documents by the authority.
- Result: The ROC.

STEP II: TAX CODE REGISTRATION & REP OFFICE SEAL
- Authority: Department of Industry & Trade / Police Department;
- Timeline: 15 working days from the date of receiving sufficiently required documents by the authority.
- Result: The tax code for RO and RO’s seal.
