Bac Ninh Welcomes Two More High-Tech Component Factories Worth More Than 600 Million USD
Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan attended the groundbreaking ceremony of two projects with total investment of 640 million USD.
Victory Giant Technology Vietnam Factory Project of Victory Giant Technology Joint Stock Company (Guangdong Province, China) specializes in research and development, production and sales of high-precision multi-layer PCB circuit boards, HDI, FPC and Rigid-Flex flexible circuit boards. These products are widely used in the fields of artificial intelligence, large data centers, industrial internet, green energy cars, new generation communication technology, aerospace, medical equipment… The project has a total investment of 520 million USD, implemented in 2 phases.
On the same day, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan also attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. Project. Green Precision is a Chinese high-tech enterprise specializing in researching, designing and manufacturing precision structural components for electronic consumer products such as speakers, phones, tablets, electronic payment devices… The company’s factory project was licensed for investment by the Management Board of Bac Ninh Province Industrial Parks on November 7, 2024, with a total investment capital of more than 120 million USD.
Congratulations on the groundbreaking event of the Factory project of Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd., Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan said that this is a very important project of the company on precision metal production for the production of electronic equipment. It is hoped that after being put into operation, the project will create great production value and contribute positively to the overall development of the province.
Bac Ninh is currently one of the most important industrial centers in Vietnam, especially in the field of electronic component manufacturing. With outstanding advantages such as strategic location near Hanoi City, Hai Phong seaport, Noi Bai airport, convenient for transportation; high-developed industrial infrastructure, with many large industrial parks such as VSIP, Que Vo, Yen Phong… and many attractive investment attraction policies, Bac Ninh has become the destination of many large technology corporations such as Samsung, Foxconn, Goertek, Pegatron, Amkor…. According to statistics, as of early 2025, Bac Ninh’s economy continues to grow, achieving many prosperous results, the total product in the province is estimated to increase by 9.64%, exceeding the growth scenario set by the province; the province has attracted 1.45 billion USD of investment capital, bringing the total foreign investment capital into the province to more than 48 billion USD and helping Bac Ninh become the second locality in the country in attracting FDI, only after Ho Chi Minh City.
