Dubai Launches ‘Creators HQ’ for Influencers, Offering Golden Visas to Online Creators
Dubai has unveiled its first-ever “Creators HQ,” a dynamic hub designed to support online influencers and digital content creators. The initiative begins with 100 members from 20 countries and has secured backing from major platforms like Meta, TikTok, X, Spotter, Creator Now, Tube Filter, Epidemic Sound, and the New Media Academy.
According to Mohammad Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs, the launch aligns with the nation’s goal of enhancing the positive societal impact of digital content. He credited H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, for the vision behind this initiative. “Our aim is to attract global content creators to the UAE, known for its cultural diversity. Here, they will find the support and resources needed to innovate, connect with investors, and expand their reach. As the digital media landscape evolves, we must leverage its opportunities for humanity’s benefit while addressing its challenges,” Al Gergawi stated.
Located at Emirates Towers in Dubai, Creators HQ will host 300 events and workshops annually. Members will receive exclusive benefits such as support with UAE Golden Visa applications, assistance with relocation, and guidance on company registration.
The program offers creative camps, mentorship, funding, and hands-on workshops covering key topics like branding, video production, storytelling, audience engagement, and monetization. It is tailored for a wide range of digital creators, including social media influencers, podcasters, visual artists, and advertising firms. Partnerships with platforms, streaming services, gaming companies, and AI developers are also part of the initiative.
This bold move cements Dubai’s position as a global hub for content creation and innovation.
