Basic requirements for incorporating a Malaysia company as follow 成立马来西亚公司的基本要求如下:

Minimum of one director who are at least 18 years of age and ordinarily resident in Malaysia (i.e. Malaysian/ Malaysia Permanent Residence (PR) 至少有一名年满18岁并通常居住在马来西亚的董事（即马来西亚人/马来西亚永久居民（PR））。 In case there is no local director, we provide nominee director service per annum (refundable deposit is required). 如果没有本地董事，我们每年提供提名董事服务（需要交付可退还押金）。

All private limited companies are required to have a named secretary. He or she must be residing locally in Malaysia.
