Important Update: Electronic Beneficial Ownership System (e-Bos) Platform and Beneficial Owner Registration

We deeply value the trust and partnership you have extended to Premia TNC (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Premia”). In our ongoing effort to ensure transparency and uphold high standards of communication, we are pleased to share important updates regarding the e-Bos platform and Beneficial Owner (BO) registration requirements.
Effective from 1st April 2024, the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has mandated that all beneficial owners must update their information through the newly introduced e-Bos platform. This initiative is designed to enhance the accuracy and accessibility of business ownership data, thereby aligning with international compliance standards.
The Company is responsibility on the Beneficiary Ownership framework, as such please do inform the Company Secretary for the updates/changes of information related to the shareholders/beneficiary owners to submit the latest information to the Registrar through e-Bos within 14 days from the date of changes. For any late submission, there will be penalty to be incurred from the Registrar.
We are fully committed to supporting you through these regulatory changes. To facilitate the preparation and submission of Beneficial Owner updates, we will offer services to manage and submit the required BO information via e-Bos.
Please note that there will be no charges from Premia for the first update on the Company Beneficial Ownership to e-Bos portal. If there are further updates/changes of information related to the shareholders, there will be charges to be incurred from Premia for the submission.
