Additionally, if the VCC has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sso.agc.gov.sg\/Act\/SFA2001?ProvIds=pr286-#pr286-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Authorised Schemes<\/a>\u00a0(i.e. collective investment schemes or CIS), a minimum of 3 directors is required with 1 of them being an independent director.
