The first fiscal year cannot exceed 18 months following the date of incorporation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsequent&nbsp;financial year end in Singapore&nbsp;\u2013 The fiscal year end is presumed to be the anniversary of the fiscal year end date previously reported to the Registrar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Companies incorporated before August 31st, 2018<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First&nbsp;financial year end in Singapore&nbsp;\u2013 The date given to ACRA in the company\u2019s most recent annual return or notification is the last day of the company\u2019s first fiscal year.
