Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and greet guests in a professional and polite manner
  • Maintain a pleasant and clean reception area and meeting room
  • Greet and welcome client as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Prepare beverages for client during meeting
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Data Entry and maintaining of leave and claims records
  • Provide administrative support to the office including mailing and courier arrangement, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and, arrange travel & hotel booking and etc.
  • Scanning / photocopying
  • Run errand such as bank, post office, ACRA, CPF and etc
  • Issue the invoice, quotation, handle paper work and filling job and etc.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external parties (get quotation from suppliers)
  • Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience with possessing at least GCE “N”/”O” Level Certificate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal & communication, willing to work OT and able to cope with stress
  • Positive attitude, the enthusiasm to learn and the ability to work in a team
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Singaporean only

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
